However, how can oil pulling help is in the physical sense (appearance)?  While I personally cannot notice a difference because I am still pretty young and thus do not have to worry about wrinkles on my face at the moment, I have read many users saying that oil pulling has significantly reduced the amount of wrinkles on their face (some by even 50%). Has anyone noticed any difference in their physical appearance?

I have read MANY posts online where many oil pullers have used it daily to AVOID a tooth extraction. Many people have completely avoided their extractions for years now and still oil pull daily in order to prevent the tooth from getting worse. In many cases, the tooth has strengthened and extraction has been avoided completely. If anyone has used oil pulling to avoid an extraction or root canal, I would love to hear about it.

He is also claiming to have a treatment for AIDS. This further establishes the fact that herbal treatments are indeed effective. These treatments are a viable alternative it seems to the people of Nigeria due to high costs of the hospitals.

But claiming over a hundred year’s of healing tradition in his family, scientists hope the elderly man and his experience will help lead them through the thousands of possible herbal varieties in Nigeria — to a possible cure.
