How is your HEALTH?

As we start a new year, it is a great time to look at the overall condition of your health.  I think you should take some time out and think about all the things you do daily which could be a detriment to your health. These are the things that you do subconsciously, everyday. I’m certain that if you take some time out to actually think about it, you will discover that many of these habits can be avoided. However, remember to keep oil pulling :)
